Our family has had such a wonderful experience at this dental practice! The entire team is warm, welcoming, and truly cares about their patients. They make every visit comfortable and stress free for me, my husband, and especially our daughter. Highly recommend!

I'm writing this review because great dental teams are hard to find. Brown Dental Associates is the whole package. It is a two dentist team with an amazing staff. You are greeted warmly by Sheila, who wears many hats. She will always have a smile for you as she is working her magic to take care of your dental needs. The office is comfortable, clean and very welcoming. Dr. Brown's assistant, Julie greeted me, took me to my room and made me feel at ease. Dr. Brown was quick with his diagnosis for my pain and swelling. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone. When a clinic can make you feel like family, you know you have found the right place. You are in safe capable hands. My follow up visit with Dr. Shackelford was like a breath of fresh air. She provided me with specialized care and made sure that I left confident with the great work she did. When booking a cleaning I always see Chelsea. She is the best hygienist I have ever had. She is gentle and thorough.

While we hear from so many people how they dread visits to dentist offices, I, in fact, look forward to my appointments at Brown Dental. Even after my first visit about three years ago, I felt welcomed as part of the family. I applaud their various charity efforts and recognition of their patients' achievements.

Hands down the best place ever. The dental team they have at browns dental are all so helpful and understanding. My daughter and I see Vincenza and she is the best hygienist and cares about ur smile and dental health. We always love our appointments when I see Vincenza. If you’re looking for a new dentist I definitely recommend brown’s dental associates.

After 30 years with the same dentist, mine retired. So I was a little nervous to start all over again 🫤 I’ve now been with Brown Dental for a year and I LOVE it! 😊 I really appreciate the appointment reminders/confirmations, as well as having the option to be on a list for quicker appointments when someone else cancels. Everyone is friendly, and Monica does a superb cleaning job for me every three months 😁 Dr. Shakelford made some suggestions that will delay needing a cap and I’m super happy with it. Dr Brown is also very friendly, though I’ve not yet had any work done by him, except for my check ups. Almost as important to me - is the ambiance, and the entire office has been remodeled, is really attractive and up to date - and VERY clean!! I’m grateful that my mouth is once again in very trustworthy hands! Deborah H.
